Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitacae ("jitacae", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jitacae website located at jitacae.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

By accessing the jitacae website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the jitacae Platform.

jitacae reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notification on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jitacae to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

The jitacae Platform and all its content, software, games, graphics, text, and intellectual property are owned by or licensed to jitacae and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other use is permitted without the prior written consent of jitacae.

Use of the jitacae Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Service:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. jitacae does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or use any feature of the Platform in any capacity whatsoever.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jitacae or any of its affiliated, subsidiary, or partner companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion agreement in place at the time of registration or at any time during your use of the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located at the time of play.

jitacae makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jitacae accepts no liability for any player who uses the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

To access the full range of jitacae services — including depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and placing wagers — you must complete the registration process and create a verified jitacae account. The following terms apply to your account:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active account on jitacae. Registration of more than one account per person, household, IP address, shared device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jitacae reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any outstanding bets or bonus balances.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jitacae will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: jitacae may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit copies of government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Currency: All jitacae accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

jitacae supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in BDT and are subject to the terms set out in this section.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. jitacae does not accept cash payments, third-party payment instructions, or transfers made in the name of any person other than the registered account holder.

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your jitacae account. For mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), the minimum deposit is ৳200.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jitacae wallet instantly in the majority of cases. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited depending on the processing bank's schedule.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by jitacae's finance team. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Withdrawal Conditions: A minimum of one deposit and one qualifying bet must be placed before a withdrawal request can be submitted. All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus balance forfeited before a withdrawal is approved. jitacae reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Fees: jitacae does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which jitacae accepts no responsibility.

jitacae offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion as communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who register a verified jitacae account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive the jitacae welcome bonus of 200% up to ৳20,000. The bonus is automatically credited to the player's bonus wallet upon deposit. Players must be 18 years of age or older to claim this offer.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Players must wager the required amount within the time limit specified or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus Eligibility: Each bonus offer is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting promotional terms — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the real-money equivalent of bonus winnings — after wagering requirements have been fully met — is eligible for withdrawal.
• Seasonal Promotions: jitacae may offer limited-time promotional bonuses tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and BPL season. These promotions are subject to their own individual terms as published at the time of the offer.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the jitacae Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game and should be reviewed before play.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until jitacae has confirmed acceptance. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system fault that prevents confirmation, the bet will be considered void and any staked amount returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted at jitacae's discretion.
• Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the bet. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly; jitacae accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy between displayed and accepted odds caused by network latency or browser caching.
• Void Bets: jitacae reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds were published in error, where there is evidence of match manipulation, where the event result is subsequently reversed by the governing body, or where the bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined.
• RNG & Game Integrity: All software-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) on the jitacae Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each game round is independently determined and is not influenced by previous results, player history, or any external factor. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds.
• Prohibited Betting Activity: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that allows a player to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Participation in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated betting activity designed to exploit promotional offers or pricing errors is also prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Either jitacae or the player may initiate the closure of a jitacae account, subject to the terms described in this section.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your jitacae account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for information on self-exclusion options and cooling-off periods. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by our support team and are taken extremely seriously.

jitacae-Initiated Suspension or Closure: jitacae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Abuse of bonus offers or promotional terms
• Use of prohibited software, betting systems, or automation tools
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitacae, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the jitacae Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

jitacae shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, outages, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond jitacae's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or government-mandated service restrictions
• Any decision, action, or omission taken in reliance on content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform where that content contained an error
• Unauthorised access to your account where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• The outcome of any game or bet, which is determined in accordance with the applicable game rules and, where applicable, certified RNG technology
• Any tax liability, import duty, or other fiscal obligation arising from your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction

In all cases where jitacae is found to be liable, jitacae's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jitacae account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jitacae Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jitacae makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
